Our Clinically Integrated Network

Boulder Valley Care Network has been a trusted resource for Boulder Valley residents, businesses and physicians since 2009. We’ve embarked on a new approach to community health that preserves the best of our heritage while adding new value for the patients, businesses and clinicians we serve.

The new BVCN combines the considerable medical resources of Boulder Community Health and the Boulder Valley Individual Practice Association into a clinically integrated network, an organization that provides physicians and other clinicians from across our community with resources and strategies that can improve the coordination of patient care. Shared clinical guidelines and better coordination increases the effectiveness and efficiency of medical treatment, resulting in better outcomes for our patients at a lower overall cost.
