Provider Bio
PJ was born in Salem, Massachusetts and raised in Lexington, Kentucky where
he received his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of Kentucky
in August 2013. He completed his undergraduate degree at Centre College
where he majored in Behavioral Neuroscience, minored in Psychology and
was a member of the men’s soccer team.
PJ is passionate about treating a wide variety of patients with orthopedic
conditions and has worked in both sport-based and general orthopedic clinics.
He is certified in Dry Needling and has extensive manual therapy training
which he believes are great adjuncts to corrective and resistance based
exercise. He believes strongly in individualized treatment plans directed
at helping patients eliminate pain and achieve their personal goals.
In his free time, PJ enjoys staying active hiking, skiing, working out
and playing soccer, tennis & golf. He is an avid reader and has been
lucky to travel to 5 continents and 19 countries in life thus far!
